This generally requires Tein's custom computer, which is a hastle to wire and install. But wiring already exists in the 3000GT if you have ECS from factory, including the button and lights. Due to the rarity of three phase steppers, there are no economical drivers out there that are more effective than the simple half stepping solution I've built. Some sound deadening paneling around the rear strut tower will hopefully quiet it, but the sound \u003cem\u003elikely cannot be eliminated\u003c\/em\u003e.  \u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003eThis ultimately is the reason why the system cannot actively adjust in real-time, because it would sound extremely annoying.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003eIt is extremely easy to install this system, you will need:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli dir=\"auto\"\u003eTein EDFC Motors (part number EDK05-12140), and the Tein Flex Z coilovers\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli dir=\"auto\"\u003eA 3000GT with ECS built in, including the OEM board housing which you will re-use.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli dir=\"auto\"\u003eSolder\/crimps and heatshrink to put the OEM connectors on the Tein motors (thus you will also need those OEM connectors, unless you don't mind modifying the OEM harness, which is also pretty easy to do).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003eThe open-source firmware is already available, and the board design is soon to follow once tiny refinements are made to improve reflow soldering.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eEach board will cost $170 with shipping included.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e Please note: shipping estimates will not be accurate, the boards are not even manufactured yet.
